Xenia 3DF Provides for FFF Printing

Xenia Provides launched its new range of contemporary and sustainable filaments for fused filament fabrication (FFF) 3D printing at Formnext 2024 in Frankfurt, Germany.

Xenia has expanded into the fused deposition modeling (FDM) and FFF 3D printing sector with the introduction of the 3DF Provides family of merchandise, centered on creating high-performance filaments. Based mostly on Xenia, these filaments are designed for energy, lightweight, chemical resistance and sustainability.

3DF Provides by Xenia:

  • Xecarb SL 3DF — That features a 100% bio-based PA11 polymer matrix strengthened with 15% carbon fiber, this filament affords distinctive energy and lightness. Incorporating Xenia’s SuperLight experience, it reaches a density of 0.99 g/cm³, merging extreme effectivity with lightness.
  • Xelight 3DF — Combining PEBA’s flexibility and impression resistance with Xenia’s specialised engineering, the Xelight 3DF achieves a density value of 0.87 g/cm³. This filament is successfully fitted to initiatives demanding every flexibility and lightweight effectivity.
  • Xecarb 45 3DF — Designed for features that require every structural integrity and resistance to chemically aggressive environments, Xecarb 45 3DF integrates 10% carbon fiber proper right into a structurally modified PVDF base. This filament is ideal for industrial features requiring resilience and stability beneath troublesome conditions.
  • Xegreen 23 3DF — Developed from rigorously chosen 100% recycled polymers and fibers, the Xegreen 23 3DF relies on a 20% carbon fiber-reinforced polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG). This filament affords mechanical energy and lightweight properties whereas meeting sustainability targets.

Formnext 2024 took place Nov. 19-22 in Frankfurt, Germany.
